STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. Be sure to bring a mat!No-shows or non-emergency day of cancellations will not be refunded.
Drop-in classes are non-refundable. If a client with class pass membership does not cancel 8 hours prior to the session, they will be charged for that class and will not receive a credit. If you feel that there are extenuating or emergency circumstances that keep you from coming to class, please contact us via the website messenger or email email@example.com for assistance.
