Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Be sure to bring a mat! No-shows or non-emergency day of cancellations will not be refunded.
Drop-in classes are non-refundable. If a client with class pass membership does not cancel 8 hours prior to the session, they will be charged for that class and will not receive a credit. If you feel that there are extenuating or emergency circumstances that keep you from coming to class, please contact us via the website messenger or email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
